
I'm 5'10 and usually weigh between 185 and 195 lbs in 2005. At my lowest adult weight I have been 177 for competition in 2003.
I was over 250 lbs a few months before I began training on January 5th 1998. No diets, pills or surgery - just training in combat sports got me this side of the 200 lb mark with an average initial training of 2.5 hours per week. I lost 22Lbs in my first 7 weeks (first fight was Feb 28th, 1998 weighed in at 235LBS. My next 3 matches were on July 25th 1998 I weighed in 223Lbs and ended the night at 217Lbs after the fighting a 10 minute regulation with a 5 minute overtime finals (3rd match that night!) match in an eight man shootfighting tournament. I was 1 of only 2 competitors under 250Lbs, 2 were over 300 Lbs.
To get to weights at below 190Lbs I simply change my eating habits to eating much more often and smaller quanities. I don't suffer any restrictive dieting. Life is short and food tastes good. Variety in my meals and activity keep me in good shape and enjoying life.
